Q2 2024 UK Android Platformer Games Insights

As the second quarter of 2024 comes to a close, we at Sensor Tower have taken a closer look at the performance of the top platformer games on Android in the United Kingdom. Here's a snapshot of how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Subway Surfers by SYBO Games saw varying revenue, peaking at $1.2M in the first week of April and experiencing a dip to $712K towards the end of June. Downloads for the game fluctuated, with a significant spike to 27K in mid-May, while weekly active users hovered around 300K to 340K throughout the quarter.

Build A Queen from Supersonic Studios LTD had a modest revenue start at $23 in the first week of April, with no recorded revenue in several weeks thereafter. Downloads started strong at 21K but declined to 8K by the end of June. Weekly active users saw a decline from 108K in the first week of April to around 88K by the quarter's end.

Geometry Dash Lite by RobTop Games, not generating revenue, maintained a consistent download range between 10K and 15K. Weekly active users showed resilience, climbing from 150K in mid-April to a high of 177K by late June.

Going Balls, another title from Supersonic Studios LTD, showed a revenue pattern similar to Subway Surfers, with amounts primarily in the low hundreds, peaking at $216 in late May. Downloads for the game saw a decline from 13K to 9K, while weekly active users dropped from 99K to 84K over the course of the quarter.

Lastly, Weapon Master: Gun Shooter Run by Homa experienced a revenue decrease from $840 in the first week of April to $365 by the end of June. Downloads started at 11K and saw a slight increase to 8K in the final week of June, with weekly active users showing a minor uptick from 55K to 61K in the same period.
